Refund Policy
In this article, we outline the refund policy of Finplay technologies private limited called Finplay herein
For mutual fund & Digital gold transactions done on the platform
- In case of rejection of a purchase request by the Aggregator, a refund of any funds transferred for such requests shall be processed by the Aggregator within 7 business days. In case of rejection of a purchase request by a Mutual Fund, a refund of any funds transferred for such requests shall be processed by the Aggregator within 7 business days from the receipt of the funds from the relevant Mutual Fund.
- Mutual fund / asset management companies may at their discretion not give effect to Client transactions where the Aggregator and/or mutual fund / asset management companies have reasons to believe that the transactions are not genuine or are otherwise improper or unclear or raise a doubt. FinPlay shall not be responsible for any such transaction rejections by the Aggregator and/or the mutual fund/asset management company and neither FinPlay nor the Aggregator and/or the respective mutual fund/asset management company shall be liable for the loss of any opportunity costs incurred by the Client, as consequence of the transaction not having been carried out for any reason whatsoever. Clients’ understand that any payment made towards such transactions will be refunded to their bank account, after deduction of charges, if any, by the party rejecting the transaction.
- At any time, if it comes to FinPlay ’s knowledge that the user has invested through a bank account where they are not an account holder, Finplay retains the right to initiate a cancellation request with the Partner who shall then refund the invested amount back to the source bank account.
- The Client who uses any service on FinPlay agree that any fee paid, including taxes thereon, is non-refundable including in case of deactivation, unsubscribing the services or in any other circumstances.
