BSE appoints Kamala Kantharaj as the Chief Regulatory Officer; Khushro Bulsara to be Chief Risk Officer
BSE Ltd, the premier stock exchange in the country, has announced a slew of changes in directors and key managerial personnel of the company.
In a regulatory filing, BSE said that it has appointed Kamala Kantharaj as the Chief Regulatory Officer of the company with effect from July 1, 2023.
Kantharaj will replace Neeraj Kulshrestha who has resigned from his services with the company, BSE said.
BSE has also appointed Khushro Bulsara as the Chief Risk Officer of the company with effect from July 1, 2023, in place of Kantharaj.
Moreover, Subhash Kelkar, Chief Technology Officer has been re-designated as Chief Information Officer of the company with effect from July 1, 2023, as Kersi Tavadia retired from the post on June 30, 2023.

In a separate filing, BSE said that it will hold a Board Meeting on July 6, 2023 to consider share buyback.
BSE price jumped over 6% after the announcement of share buyback proposal.
At 11:50 am, the shares of BSE were trading 5.41% higher at ₹641.50 apiece on the BSE.
